This service is designed in the rare-event that you need emergency computer service after business hours.  You do not require notice or an appointment.  You can just call us any-time of day.  If we are not away - we will come to service your computer system as promptly as possible.  Please read through the emergency service agreement.

Our company, despite it's desire to meet all the communities needs, is not technically open 24/7, holidays, and weekends.  This service is considered a special request service and providing you understand the emergency service agreement (and we are available), we will be happy to help you with your emergency.  Please understand that this service is to be used in rare occasions that you need service immediately regardless of time of day, weekends, or holidays.

If you deem your computer problem does not require immediate and emergency service - We will be more than happy to meet with you during regular business hours as a priority case. 

Emergency Service falls under these times:

  • Weekends
  • After Hours (8:00 PM+)
  • Holidays

Emergency Service Rate: (Commercial and Residential)

Emergency Service Agreement:

  • A Required 1 Hour Minimum Fee on Emergency Service calls
  • It is not the responsibility of Saba Computer Consulting if the service requires additional non-obtainable parts to complete the job
  • Initial fee will entail any diagnosis, analysis, and/or system recovery done before one hour.
  • All labor fee's after the initial hour will be billed in 15 minute increments.
