1. You must be of legal age, or such other age of legal majority in
your jurisdiction, to order services from Saba Computer Consulting
because you must be old enough to enter into contracts in your own
name.
2. You agree to secure the services of Saba Computer Consulting
for website maintenance for the term of 6 months. If you wish to
terminate the contract before the 6 month term is up you agree to
pay a 50% early termination fee of balance of time remaining.
3. Any website maintenance work that extends beyond the time
specified in package selected is billed at $35.00 per hour. Saba
Computer Consulting shall not perform any work outside of time specified
in package chosen without prior approval of client.
4. All materials, text information and or photo's, required to update
site must be given to Saba Computer Consulting in a electronic
(e-mail) form, fax, disc, or mail.
5. Website maintenance is defined as: .html text changes and adding
and removing photo's. Website maintenance does not include graphical
work or backend programming. Any graphical or backend programming work
is billed separately and is not covered under website maintenance
contract.
6. Contract
will renew for another 6 months at end of contract end date unless
notice is given one month prior to end of contract date. E-mail notice of
non-renewal to info@sabacomputerconsulting.com.
7. Under no circumstances will Saba Computer Consulting be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive
damages resulting from your use of the design services, except for
claims which may arise from Saba Computer Consulting infringement
of a third party’s intellectual property rights in connection with design components created
or secured by Saba Computer Consulting . To the extent that you supply
Saba Computer Consulting with any design elements, you agree to
indemnify and hold harmless Saba Computer Consulting from and
against any claim, loss or damage, including its reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from the use
of such design element. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Saba Computer Consulting from and against any claim, loss or
damage, including its reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from the
content or intellectual property appearing in, on or through your
website or linked websites.
